Cooking Lesson at WAHAHA!

Last Friday, we had cooking lesson at WAHAHA.

Menu :

-豚汁(Tonjiru)

-手巻き寿司(Temakizushi:Hand-roll sushi)

-サラダ(Salad)

Tonjiru is like a miso soup with many vegetables and pork.  Not too difficult, so I am sure students can cook it by themselves. Don’t forget to put stock soup when you make miso soup!

Temakizushi : this is really popular party food. You prepare のり(seaweed), sushi-rice, and any sashimi or food you wanna eat with sushi-rice.  We learned how to make Sushizu (vinegar for sushi).

Salad is easy one for you, right? Making cute eggs were bit difficult though..
