We had a pretty busy week!

Wahaha does not close during Silver week, but we had a cooking lesson instead of Japanese lessons on Thursday. In the menu,

Chicken Takikomi gohan (rice cooked with other vegetables and chicken)

Nikumaki Tofu (Tofu rolled in pork meat)

Nanban tsuke salmon (Salmon marinated in Nanban sauce)

Kuri kinton (Chestnut in mashed sweet potatoes).

It was very fun to do, and our teacher Sayuri-sensei is a fully licensed nutritionist. Plus, easy to remake at home as soon as you have access to Japanese ingredients!
